This recently renovated 2-bedroom luxury apartment is available from November 2025, right in the centre of Scarborough. It comfortably sleeps up to six people across two stylish king-size bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge.
You’re only a short walk from the town centre, the beach, and the train station, with plenty of local shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. We’ve finished the place to a high standard, including a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms, making it a great shout for families, couples, or small groups.

There’s also off-street parking included for your whole stay, plus CCTV for peace of mind. Great spot for exploring everything the coast has to offer.

Other things to note Travelling as a larger group? Our sister apartment, Maxwell View, is right next door. It’s finished to the same high standard and sleeps another four guests, meaning we can host up to 10 people across both properties. It’s a great option if you need the extra space or want the kids nearby but in their own area.

We also have a private beach chalet available to hire by the day or week. It’s tucked away in a central spot right on the North Bay promenade—perfect for a proper family day at the seaside. The chalet is fully equipped and open from 8am to 10pm daily.
